Bali Trip Day 3

Here's my Bali Trip Day 3 post. =]

Hired a mobil (car) together with the supir (driver) for around Rp300,000 for about 10 hours. So he brought us to Ubud for the most famous Bebek Bengil (Duck)---The Dirty Duck Diner. Not cheap but very nice. =]

See, our table was full of FOOOODD. =]
So this is the famous Bebek Bengil. Seriously very nice and crispy. Yummy!
This is their very common vegetable dish. They have abundant of long beans and taugeh. =/

Got to grab some time for pictures while waiting for the food to be served. ;)
Notice my parents at the table behind? :P
Yup, that's my silly ELDER sister. =.=
Besides their food, this restaurant is also famous for their paddy field view. Kind of nice in a way eh? =]
Next stop was the wood carving place since it's one of the specialties there.

Yes, we're trying to imitate the mask. :D

The other abundant thing they have there is, this! Yes, your eyes got no problem at all. It's the *ahem*. I wonder if the girls there use this to *ahem* DIY. An auntie even asked me whether I'm interested in buying one, right in front of my dad. I turned to look at my dad with my @.@ face and my dad immediately laughed with an Idkwhattosay-face. =.=
After looking at wood carvings and paintings, we went to Jimbaran Bay for their famous seafood for our dinner. That place is nice but you got to be careful cause some of restaurants scam tourists' money. Unlucky us, sigh. =/
This is our superduperfuckingexpensive prawns. =/
And their expensive kangkung. =/
Forgot to mention, only some of the restaurants can enjoy their dance show, one of their traditional dance---Kecak Dance. =]
Oh, the corn on my mom's hand, it's freaking delicious. Their local specialty too. It's spiced with sugar and chilies. Weird huh, but nice I tell you! Yum yum. :D
And of course, me on the beach enjoying the breeze after dinner. That's all for now. Stay tuned for my next post babeh! =] ♥

Love Is In The Air ♥

Obviously, Valentine's Day is on Monday. Those who didn't realize should be shot over and over again. I mean, how can you not know?! Since love is in the air, I want to share some really really nice pictures that I've found online with all of you whom I love so much. :D
It takes two to fit perfectly.
It has to be mutual without forcing each other.
Congratulate yourself if you found the missing puzzle that you've always been looking for. It's totally okay to let your heart to bring you fly up high, just live your life to the fullest and be happy with your partner. =]
Try your really best to keep your love growing with the time you spent together. Petty little things might seem insignificant, but whatever your love ones do will always tickle your hearts. Trust me, It never fails. :)
It always takes effort to have what you call, happiness. For the meantime, just hang onto each other, close your eyes, and enjoy that special moment that can only happens between the two of you.
For those who doesn't have the right one for their valentines date, don't be too sad. Our lovely baby cupid accidentally got himself shot. But don't worry, he just needs some time to take a good rest. Everything would be alright soon. I promise. *Whispering to myself*

Just in case you don't know, I love you. ♥

Bali Trip Day 2

I'm so lazy to edit and collage my photos, so you guys just bear with my really long post kay. :P
My mom and I on the beach in the early morning. =]

My mom, my elder sister and I along our pool just outside our rooms. =]
Saw this at one of the hot spot in Bali, Kuta Town. Thought this could only be found in Shanghai. I wanted to get a ride on this so badly but no one wants to have fun with me. T^T
So this is the Kuta street where all the foreigners go. Obviously it's full with Western, Japanese, Korean cuisines...If you're looking for some Balinese Cuisine, this is definitely NOT the place to go. Nightlife? You got it right babeh! :D
Posing outside a restaurant called Kunyit Bali Restaurant (Authentic Balinese Cuisine it says) where we dined in for dessert after eating our lunch at some small Warung(shop).

The appetizer keropok udang with sambal. Our sweet sweet desserts. Local specialty---Avacado Juice.

I'm acting my age, she's not. 31 still trying to act 18. =.=
The hotel garden behind the restaurant.
This is the famous Kuta Beach with my dad. The wind was freaking strong. Don't believe me? Look at my hair in the next picture. =]
Told you so. :P

Walk around Kuta Beach for a while then the Discovery Mall. After that, we went to Circle K Mart to buy some cup noodles and Bintang Beers to enjoy in our hotel rooms.
I sleep right after I reached my room and refused to wake up so they went off for dinner without me. =/

Heard from my sister it was Bumbu Bali Restaurant. They brought back some leftovers for me and OMFG. It's so freaking sedaaaaaap! But not cheap of course, it costs around RM400++ for 3people! @.@
At the end of the night, Mr. Mah(some guy we met in a shuttle van while going back to our hotel) invited us to finish a whole bottle of Chivas with him at the hotel bar. Yes, I drank too. :D
2 of my favourite pictures for today are these.

Look how happy my mom smiled. 37-years of marriage! No matter how frequent they quarrel, everything will be okay when they hold their hands tight. =] ♥
